Our new luxury boutique hotel "The Warden's House" located in Yala is on the lookout for its pre-opening below position.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Hotel
- Ensuring guest satisfaction
- Coordinating activities and logistics
- Maintaining overall quality of the wildlife experience, services, and facilities
- Managing and training of the staff members in line with the company standards
- Ensuring effective communication between all departments, guests, staff, and the Management
- Maintaining the good standards of both front of the house and back of the house departments
Prerequisites:
- A minimum of 01 year of experience in Camp/Lodge management or a similar field
- Exposure as a Naturalist or enthusiasm in wildlife will be an advantage
- Flexibility and adaptability to changing circumstances
