FRENCH MARKETS-TRAVEL DESIGNER
Key Responsibilities:
- Can effectively sell the destination as a holiday destination and be able to build & maintain strong business relationships with different types of suppliers, customers and agents.
- Maintains the company stipulated quality standards in all dealings in line with the given SOP standards.
- Obtain and evaluate all relevant information to handle inquiries and complaints
- Manage customers' accounts and agents
- To ensure problem free customer service to the clients
Candidate Profile:
- A minimum of 03-05 years work experience in a Travel and Tourism Industry (luxury/high-end Markets).
- Possess good working knowledge of tourism based operations (Including itinerary creations and tour costing).
- Candidate should have a great passion for travel and should also have profound knowledge of inbound luxury/high-end segment tourism.
- French language speaking candidates are preferred.
- Have an excellent command of English and Computer literacy.
