CHARTERED ARCHITECT
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Should be a Chartered Architect.
- Bachelor's Degree in Architecture of equivalent qualification from a reputed university.
- Exposure in a reputed leading construction company (CS1, CS2, C1) is preferred with exposures in high rise buildings.
- Hands on experience in using multiple computer-aided designs and drafting softwares. Ability to design and develop building projects independently.
JUNIOR ARCHITECT
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE
- Bachelor's Degree or equivalent with a minimum of 1 years' work experience in a Similar position
- Experience in product design, Interior design and project management would be an added Advantage
- Coordinating with the Interior designer of the Company with current projects
- Carrying out regular site visits to check on the progress
- Preparing and presenting feasibility reports to the Management
- Coordinating and negotiating with contractors and other professionals
- Introducing innovative products and interior designs
- Ability to work directly with the Company Architects & other consultants
