Assistant Branch Managers
Job Description
- Oversee and manage all aspects of the Branch business operations including but not limited to branch discipline and administration.
- Keep in line with company growth strategy and meet or exceed company profit goals.
- Maintain above average customer service at branch level and address customer issues and concerns promptly.
- Developing and motivating branch employees for superior performance.
- Communicating with Head Office and Senior Management on all branch activities and provide timely and accurate management information (Reports).
Job Requirement
- At least 02 years experience in the same capacity in a financial institution.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Positive attitude and pleasant personality.
- Proven track record of good performance.
- Desire to interact and work with people.
- Possess a valid riding/drivers license.
