The ideal candidate should possess,
- Passed 3 subjects in G.C.E A/L examination in any stream.
- Excellent communication skills and interpersonal skills in English and Sinhala.
- Positive attitude, reliability, and the ability to achieve multiple work activities with high motivation.
- Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong desire to learn and develop a career in your chosen field.
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with MS office package.
- A person with a strong personality and determination.
- Willingness to embrace challenges and seize career opportunities.
