Conducting regular assessments of employee well-being needs and preferences, and making recommendations for improvement.
Collaborating with internal stakeholders to create a positive and supportive work environment that fosters employee satisfaction and engagement.
Monitoring and evaluating the effectiveness of well-being and compliance programs through data analysis and employee feedback.
Supporting efforts to ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and company policies pertaining to employee welfare, health, and safety.
Investigating and addressing any employee concerns or complaints related to well-being, safety, or compliance issues.
