Audit Trainee - Group Internal Audit
Responsibilities:
- Participation in periodic Risk-based audits across all Prima Group companies
- Involvement in the preparation of on-time audit reports to the Senior Management and Audit Committee
- Maintain the Risk register and conduct spot audits on management request
- Review SOP's across all group companies and identify the control improvements
- Ensure Group company's internal business functions are complying with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards
- Routine audits on Imports and highlight discrepancies, ensuring the accuracy of all material inputs and documentation
- Maintain effective communication with key stakeholders, including management, external auditors, and regulatory bodies
Requirements:
- Part qualified or pursuing CASL/ACCA/CIMA/ CIA and/or pursuing a Degree in finance management from a recognized university
- Prior work experience will be an added advantage
- Be able to converse with people from varied levels in the organization and external parties
- High level of integrity, commitment and interpersonal skills
- Have the ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude and with minimum supervision
- Flexibility in working hours and working locations
