Data Specialist - Sales and Marketing
We are currently seeking Sales and Marketing Data Specialist for our esteemed client company located in Colombo
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with DP and regional team on Depletion submission: amend formats, check on doublures, manual entry of outlets (C+3)
- SKU wise Reach and dropouts report - All channels: weekly & monthly monitoring, prepare for DP review
- Check DP stock report with FS, TS, FOC, damages. Retail balance stock monthly, to monitor promo's on actual consumer off takes Monthly Dashboard on growth drivers
- Office Maintenance and to coordinate with DP
- Student Marketers coordination / Maintaining Sample goods stocks and gate pass coordination
- Office direct line calls handling
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's in Management, Marketing or related field
- Previous work experience within the similar role is an advantage
- Excellent communication and written skills in English is mandatory
- Excellent knowledge and experience in MS Excel sheets is mandatory
