SEEKING PASSIONATE HEAD CHEF:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Designing and executing seasonal menus that highlight local ingredients and culinary trends.
- Overseeing all aspects of food preparation, including cooking, plating, and presentation.
- Food costing and menu engineering.
- Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to ensure profitability.
- Mentoring and training kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hotel setting.
- Creative flair and passion for experimenting with flavors and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of culinary principles, techniques, and sanitation standards.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate the kitchen team.
- Ability to adapt to changing menus and dietary preferences while maintaining consistency.
