SEEKING PASSIONATE HEAD CHEF:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Designing and executing seasonal menus that highlight local ingredients and culinary trends.
  • Overseeing all aspects of food preparation, including cooking, plating, and presentation.
  • Food costing and menu engineering.
  • Managing inventory, ordering supplies, and controlling food costs to ensure profitability.
  • Mentoring and training kitchen staff to maintain high standards of quality and efficiency.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Proven experience as a Chef in a restaurant or hotel setting.
  • Creative flair and passion for experimenting with flavors and techniques.
  • Strong knowledge of culinary principles, techniques, and sanitation standards.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills to inspire and motivate the kitchen team.
  • Ability to adapt to changing menus and dietary preferences while maintaining consistency.
