System Integration Engineer
THE PROFILE
- Performs designing, estimating, planning, Installation and commissioning of integrated ICT solutions/projects.
- Developing, maintaining and troubleshooting of middleware application of integrated systems to deliver tailored customer needs.
- Responsible for supporting and maintaining of Unified Communication solutions and Multimedia Contact center with Integration platforms.
- Must be willing to work extended hours when required and contributing 24 hours on-call duty roster to resolve complex incidents within committed resolution time.
- When required and should be comfortable with excessive travelling
- Keeping abreast of emerging technologies and completing product training, certification and ongoing development on relevant technological areas.
- Liaise with 3rd party suppliers, contractors and product principals to timely deliver professional solutions to customers.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor's Degree in Telecommunication Engineering or Information & Communication Technology Engineering from recognized university or equivalent qualification
- Minimum 2 year experience in ICT systems integration field
- Knowledge in Database (MySQL, MSSQL, Oracle), OS (LINUX, Windows) and Programming
- languages (C++, C#, Java, Python..) are added advantage
- Excellent critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Possess good communication and presentation skills
- Should be a good team player and self-motivated and able to work independently.
