  • Assistant Manager - Finance & Accounting

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with a sound understanding of the AP function.
  • A full professional qualification in accounting (CA, ACCA, CIMA).
  • SAP experience is a plus.
  • Proven leadership skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team.

Responsibilities

  • Leading and optimizing the Accounts Payable (AP) function, ensuring efficient and timely processing of invoices.
  • Championing process improvement initiatives, streamlining workflows, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Building strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, and delivering exceptional service.
  • Motivating and mentoring a team of professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment.
