Regional Sales Manager
- Location - Colombo & Central Regions/ Southern and Uva Wellassa Regions
- We are looking for a proactive and experienced Regional Sales Manager for our company.
Speciality Construction Chemicals (Pvt) Ltd is a well-established Construction Service Company which was incorporated in the year 2008. We are specialists in external painting with warranties, internal paintings, waterproofing, Epoxy heavy duty flooring, and manufacturers in leading construction chemicals, waterproofing, and undercoating products in Sri Lanka.

As the Regional Sales Manager for the Colombo & Central regions/Southern and Uva Wellassa Regions of Sri Lanka, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, expanding market share, and building strong customer relationships. You will lead a team of Sales Executives and ensure the successful execution of sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
Requirements
- Proven experience in Hardware items sales and marketing with a minimum of 10 years in the field and 4 years in a similar role.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field will be added advantage.
- Strong leadership abilities with a track record of building and leading high-performing teams.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to decision-making Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities.
- Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
- Knowledge of the regions of Sri Lanka is an added advantage.
