Job Title: SENIOR SALES EXECUTIVE - BROKER RELATIONS
Job Description:
We are looking for young, dynamic, energetic, and self-motivated team players who are willing to pursue a career in insurance. This role involves servicing existing business portfolios, securing new businesses, and maintaining excellent customer service to brokers and clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Holding responsibility for servicing existing business portfolios, securing new businesses, and presenting an excellent image of the company to general insurance brokers and all the company's stakeholders.
- Approaching insurance brokers to secure new businesses through strong relationships and achieving broker cluster business targets.
- Maintaining excellent customer service to brokers and clients, servicing existing business portfolios, and following up on renewals.
Profile:
- A diploma in Sales or Marketing/ Business Management/ Professional qualification in insurance would be an added advantage.
- A minimum of 3 years' experience in Corporate Sales/ insurance broker relations with knowledge of general insurance products.
- Strong presentation skills & being an effective Team Player.
- Effective communication skills in Sinhala/Tamil and English language.
- Customer Service Orientation.

Colombo (Head Office)
