Manager - Business Development (ICT)

The ICT Business Development Manager is responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within the ICT industry. The role should directly work with the strategic business development units to acquire new customer accounts, as well as service existing accounts.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Establish a sales pipeline for the short, medium, and long term in accordance with targets by identifying trends and customer demands.
  • Ability to increase the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Analyze market data, trends, and customer needs to advise executive management regarding market opportunities and threats in line with long-term organizational strategy.
  • Establish, develop, and maintain business relationships with current and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization's products and services.

Candidate Profile:

  • BSC/BBA in Management/Marketing/IT and/or Relevant IT industry certification and accreditation.
  • Minimum 3-8 years of proven experience in the ICT industry, preferably in a Business Development, account management, or Sales.
  • Excellent relationship management.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills - English.
  • Excellent organization and leadership skills.
  • Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities.
