Job Description:
- We are looking for a disciplined and experienced Operations Compliance Officer, preferably a retired Ex-serviceman not below the rank of Wing Commander or equivalent. This role covers Production, Sales, Distribution, Procurement, Maintenance, and General Office areas, and involves motivating staff and steering them towards the organization's vision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement compliance programs across various departments.
- Streamline operations to achieve the highest level of efficiency and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to all legal, regulatory, and internal standards.
- Motivate staff and guide their efforts to align with the organization's vision.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in operations and administration within military forces.
- Strong leadership and organizational abilities.
- Background as a retired Wing Commander or equivalent military rank.
