Executive - Product Development
- Responsible for study and understand customer requirements for the styles, including concept sketches, specifications and construction of tech packs
- Communicate with customer to clarify all technical related concerns to fix all issues prior to finalising the tech packs
- Develop production feasible products for flawless execution during bulk production
- Prioritize the customer requirements for sampling and costing to deliver in timely manner
- Attend customer fit sessions (Online and Physical) and note the comments to share necessary amendments with the pattern making and CAD teams
- Evaluate sample quality, spec measurements and garment fit prior to submitting samples to customer
- Conduct Risk Analysis, Hacking, Pre Production and other internal meetings related to product development
- Responsible to get all sample approvals on time to meet production starting deadlines
- Actively involve with factory teams for any production issues related to technical and give solutions to minimize production delays
Person Specifications
- A Degree/Diploma or an equivalent professional qualification in Textile and Clothing from a recognized University or institute
- Minimum of 2-3 years' experience in a similar capacity
- Knowledge in pattern making/grading and sewing will be an added advantage
- Ability to work under pressure with a positive attitude
