JUNIOR EXECUTIVE - EXPORT LOGISTICS
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Planning the export consignment from the order received to the end of the customs clearances in the customer's destination
- Planning and organizing resources against shipping and dispatch schedules during busy periods and holidays to ensure services are maintained as required
- Coordinate with Shipping lines, Government authorities, and third parties to make the process smoother
REQUIREMENTS
- Qualified Diploma of Supply Chain & Logistics & Bachelor will be an added advantage
- Over one year of working experience in Export/Import Documentation
- Excellent communication skills in English Written & Oral
- Computer literacy: ERP System (SAP), MS Office
- Flexible & Multi-Tasking
