Production Executive

Job Responsibilities
- Ensure to release production orders according to production plan in advance.
- Working with other department, managers and production supervisors to address production issues that may occur during the manufacturing
- Communicating with all departments regarding production plan, BOM/material/Plan amendments, material or equipment needed to support production needs.
- Monitoring inventory levels to ensure that materials are available to meet production requirements.
- Reviewing production orders to ensure that all manufacturing processes are completed correctly.
- Establishing relationship with production/stores, purchasing departments to ensure that materials are available when needed
- Ensure daily production update on SAP (SFG/FG).
- Analyze data on production down time, attendance, machine performances, department production progress, operator progress, Quality progress, Supervisor progress, Manpower allocation and progress, Overall Equipment efficiency calculation, Factory Safety risk analysis, NCR analysis record.
- Coordinate Production meeting and circulate meeting minutes with all departments.
- Monitor if material is feeded to the line before starting production
- Maintain accurate production reports
Candidate Profile
- Age below 40 years
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a manufacturing plant
- Should have good interpersonal communication skills and be able to coordinate with inter-departments on day-to-day operations
- Knowledge and experience in ERP systems (SAP) will be an added advantage
- Able to work long hours
- Fluency in Computer literacy & English
- Must be self-motivated, energetic and capable to work under pressure Knowledge on Lean Manufacturing / 5S is an added qualification
