Bolt Distribution Pvt Ltd was incorporated in 2020 and is in the Distribution business of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods. Bolt partners with Coca-Cola, Hemas, F&N Malaysia & Yeti. Bolt Distribution Pvt Ltd is the subsidiary of Trident Corporation Pvt Ltd which was incorporated in Sri Lanka in 1999, the latter being the distribution hub of all IT and its related products.
Over the years, Bolt has built a strong distribution network, an efficient supply chain, and developed extensive knowledge of the FMCG sector. We possess a deep understanding of consumer preferences, market trends, and have the necessary infrastructure to successfully distribute a wide range of FMCG products.
FINANCE & ADMINISTRATION EXECUTIVE - ATTIDIYA OFFICE
We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented team player with positive interpersonal relations along with the following requirements for the captioned post.
Role & Responsibilities
- Follow-up on receivables and Data Entering to CRM System
- Prepare and track Petty Cash Expenses and recommend cost saving measures
- Process Vendor and Other Payments and update schedules
- Provide General Administrative Support to Finance & Delivery Teams
- Overlooking Purchasing Process
Requirements
- Full or part qualification in AAT / CA
- Relevant experience of 2 years or more is desirable
- Good communication in English would be an added advantage
- Candidate should have the right aptitude and willing to work with a long-term vision provided found competent and trustworthy
- Joining at the earliest would be an added advantage
