We are seeking energetic and dynamic Sales Executives for Electrical cables products in various territories to develop and expand our distribution network Island Wide.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Identifying selling possibilities to make our product availability by penetrating.
- Actively seeking out new outlets by benchmarking the competitor's brand.
- Create frequent reviews and reports with daily sales data.
- Pre-plan your visits and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services.
- Negotiate and close sales and handle complaints diplomatically.
- Ability to collect/recover payments of closed sales.
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and communicate and share with the sales team.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve your target and regional targets. Follow and achieve the territory targets on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
- Maintaining a good relationship with the existing customer base.
- Penetrating and increasing the width and depth of distribution is part of your responsibility.
REQUIRED SKILLS
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills are required.
- A friendly and energetic personality with a CRM focus.
- Ability to work under pressure.
- Three languages proficiency is essential (Especially in Sinhala)
- Requiring at least 3-5 years' previous experience in selling electric cables would be an added advantage.
- G.C.E O/L & A/L qualifications are required
- Written and verbal communication skills with presentation skills.
