REQUIREMENTS:

Hold a bachelor's degree in mechanical/mechatronics engineering or a related field.
Possess more than seven years of experience in design engineering and product development.
Demonstrate expertise in electrical switches and sockets development (an added advantage).
Be experienced in managing/leading teams.
Possess experience in injection moulding and tool designing (added advantages).
Be proficient in CAD software (SolidWorks) for designing and modeling engineered products.
Demonstrate familiarity with simulation tools for analyzing designs, system behavior, and performance.
Have in-depth knowledge of mechanical and/or electrical systems, including injection moulding, tool development, and analytical instrumentation.
Be able to identify the underlying causes of problems and implement solutions to prevent recurring issues.
Exhibit proficiency in analyzing data, trends, and performance metrics to make informed decisions and optimize processes.
Have proven project management and leadership skills.
