Competencies
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification in Business Administration/Marketing/Sales/ Healthcare Management or a related field is preferred
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in sales and marketing including a minimum of 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role with exposure to the Healthcare Industry
- Excellent communication skills with proficiency in English language
- Excellent interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with team members and external partners
Scope & Responsibilities
- Demonstrated ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders
- Strong understanding of the healthcare market, including familiarity with medical products, services, and regulations
- Ability to lead and motivate a sales team, providing guidance, support, and mentorship to maximize performance and achieve objectives
- Strong analytical skills to assess sales data, track performance metrics, and identify opportunities for optimization and improvement
- Capable of developing and implementing sales strategies aligned with company goals and market trends, with a focus on driving revenue growth and market share
