ASSISTANT MANAGERS – AUDIT AND ASSURANCE

We are currently looking for self-motivated candidates to join our Audit and Assurance team for the openings of Assistant Managers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan, conduct and manage audit and assurance engagements in accordance with the accounting and auditing standards
  • Engage in conducting training and staff development activities

Requirements:

  • Associate Member / Passed Finalists / Finalists of CA Sri Lanka or ACCA
  • 3 years work experience in a firm of Chartered Accountants in a similar capacity
  • Excellent knowledge in accounting and auditing standards
  • Experience in supervising, mentoring, and developing junior staff members
  • Ability to meet strict time targets / reporting deadlines
  • Ability to communicate effectively with colleagues and clients
