Bolt Distribution Pvt Ltd was incorporated in 2020 and is in the Distribution business of Fast-Moving Consumer Goods. Bolt partners Coca-Cola, Hemas, Yeti, F&N Products. Bolt Distribution Pvt Ltd is the subsidiary of Trident Corporation Pvt Ltd which was incorporated in Sri Lanka in 1999, the latter being the distribution hub of all IT and its related products.
Over the years, Bolt has built a strong distribution network, an efficient supply chain, and developed extensive knowledge of the FMCG sector. We possess a deep understanding of consumer preferences, market trends, and have the necessary infrastructure to successfully distribute a wide range of FMCG products.
SALES EXECUTIVE
We are looking for dynamic, result-oriented team player with positive interpersonal relations along with the following requirements for the captioned post.
Role & Responsibilities
- Bring new clients on board and maintain relationships with existing clients.
- Access, clarify and validate client needs and performances at regular intervals and maintain a high client satisfaction rate.
- Regularly meet monthly sales targets and KPIs.
- Manage funnels, forecast, and seize sales opportunities.
- Drive and manage sales and marketing campaigns at assigned territory.
- Be a brand ambassador and reflect company values at all times.
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of sales experience in FMCG products with a proven track record of success.
- Diploma in Sales, Marketing, Business, or related discipline would be an added advantage
- Have knowledge & understanding of the FMCG business.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- A strong commitment to complete tasks on time.
- Go getter attitude.
- Able to work under minimum Supervision.
- Male below 40 years of age
