Telecom operations of CKHH spans UK, Ireland, Austria, Sweden, Denmark, Italy, Hong Kong, Macau, Indonesia, Sri Lanka and Vietnam.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate with business and technical teams for new product initiatives and product modifications.
Validate the accuracy of product implementation against the business requirements (Product UAT) by performing end-to-end product testing including product features and billing.
Willing to work on night shifts as and when necessary.
Create queries independently using SQL and support ongoing monitoring of initiatives as well as ad-hoc reports as required.
Perform regular analysis of revenue streams and carry out the end-to-end reconciliations of all revenue streams.
Develop and implementation of Revenue Assurance controls.

Key Requirements:

Appropriate First Degree in IT/ Computer Science/Telecommunication (or equivalent) with a minimum of 01 years of experience, preferably in the telecom industry.
Knowledge of database and programming languages such as SQL.
Knowledge of advanced Excel functions.
Experience in product testing will be an added advantage.
Experience of Tableau / PowerBI / Python will be an added advantage.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Excellent teamwork skills.
