Qualifications
- Successful completion of the GCE O/L and GCE A/L examinations
- Should have fully completed or be pursuing a diploma, degree or professional qualification in a related field
- Possess good analytical, communication and presentation skills
Key Responsibilities
- Installing, configuring, testing, and maintaining operating systems, system management tools, and applications software, hardware devices and components related to IT
- Maintaining third-party service providers to oversee systems and fix security issues
- Offering daily operations and systems support
- Verifying functionality of hardware and software components
- Installing and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, and scanners
- Managing IT infrastructure accurately with the guidance of superiors
- Troubleshooting hardware and software issues in person, remotely, and via phone
- Maintaining the IT asset system accurately
- Supporting system issues and follow-ups until rectified
- Collaborating with vendors to ensure seamless operations
