ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA:

  • Bachelors in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting or equivalent professional qualification is mandatory.
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in financial or business analysis or a related field Strong knowledge of analytical and financial modeling skills would be an added advantage.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling software.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills with to interact professionally with internal
  • and external stakeholders.
  • Exceptional organizational and multi-tasking abilities to manage diverse responsibilities effectively.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and maintain confidentiality.

JOB DESCRIPTION/ KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • You will be directly reporting to the Country Managing Director and playing a crucial role in providing strategic decision-making insights and recommendations to the Country Managing Director and other stakeholders.
  • Conduct financial analysis and modeling to support strategic decision-making and forecasting.
  • Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and long-range planning.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities and analyze business operations and identify areas for improvement.
  • Develop and implement business process improvements to drive operational efficiency.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to identify industry trends and opportunities.
  • Prepare and present financial and business insights to senior management and provide ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.
