EXECUTIVE - IMPORT
REQUIREMENTS
- A female graduate from a recognized university related to Purchasing/Logistics/ Supply Chain.
- Fresh Graduates are encouraged to apply
WORKING CRITERIA
- Obtaining price quotation from approved vendors.
- Obtaining approvals for product specification from quality dept. On time placement of purchase orders.
- Handling of supplier payments.
- Handling of import approvals from local authorities.
- Handling of marine insurance.
- Coordination with vendors, inter-departments, local authorities, banks, freight forwarders, clearing agents & etc.
- Handling of shipping documents.
- Handling of shipment clearance.
- Assure that the ordering process is handled in effective & efficient manner.
