Sales Manager [ Chicken Business ]
You will be Responsible
Playing a strategic role by directing sales activities, creating new business opportunities, and deepening existing relationships.
Overseeing junior-level sales activities aiming to achieve and exceed sales targets, generate revenue, and control sales expenses.
Designing and implementing a strategic business plan.
Expanding the company's customer base.
Ensuring a strong market presence.
Sharing sales, revenue, and expense reports.
Achieving growth and hitting sales targets.
Monitoring the performance of sales representatives.
Skills & Qualifications
A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field, or equivalent sales experience.
Five or more years of experience managing sales in a corporate setting.
Proven records of success with continuous sales processes from planning to closing.
Analytical skills are essential for comprehensive planning and implementation of sales efforts.
Ability to conduct research on customer needs and market trends.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
Sales forecasting and processing.
Age between 35 - 45 years.
