EXECUTIVE - MAINTENANCE
The Job:
- As the Executive Maintenance at Auro Resorts Tangalle (Pvt) Ltd, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and upkeep of our facilities, infrastructure, and equipment.
- With a focus on efficiency, safety, and sustainability, you will lead a team of skilled technicians and maintenance staff to maintain the hotel's physical assets to the highest standards.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the hotel's maintenance operations, including preventive maintenance, repairs, and renovations, to ensure the uninterrupted operation of facilities and equipment.
- Develop and implement maintenance schedules, procedures, and standards to optimize the performance and longevity of assets while minimizing downtime and costs.
- Conduct regular inspections of the hotel's premises, identifying maintenance needs, safety hazards, and opportunities for improvement, and taking prompt action to address any issues.
- Coordinate with other departments, including housekeeping, engineering, and front office, to ensure seamless collaboration and communication in delivering exceptional guest experiences.
- Manage the maintenance budget, tracking expenses, forecasting future needs, and implementing cost-saving measures while maintaining quality and safety standards.
Qualifications:
- Diploma in Facilities Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a maintenance role within the hospitality industry, with a strong track record of success in managing maintenance operations in a hotel setting.
- Extensive knowledge of building systems, mechanical systems, and electrical systems, as well as relevant regulations and codes.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail, with a proactive approach to identifying and addressing maintenance issues before they escalate.
