Job Profile
- Provide account service to customers by accepting Cash/Cheque Deposits and Cash/Cheque withdrawals over the counter.
- Balancing and Sorting of Cash in line with CBSL guidelines.
- Serving customers in an effective & efficient manner, while adhering to the service guidelines, policies and procedures of the Bank will be the prime responsibility of the job holder.
- Compliance with local controls and regulations, money laundering / KYC guidelines in the prevention of frauds, forgeries, and losses.
- Maintain records of customer transactions.
- Communicate and coordinate with internal department.
Person Profile
- Minimum of 1 year experience working in Bank as a Teller/Cashier GCE A/L Qualification.
- Part or full qualification in Banking will be an added advantage Written and oral communication skills
- Strong interpersonal skills
