Bischoff Gamma Lanka (Pvt.) Ltd. is a multinational FDI (Foreign Direct Investment) located in SEPZ (Seethawaka Export Processing Zone) with 50% equal shares between Switzerland & Thailand. We are a Textile manufacturing company that works with world prestigious retailers such as Marks & Spencer, Victoria's Secret, Intimissimi, Tesco, etc. We mainly supply our products to European, US, African & Middle Eastern markets. We are backed by German Dyeing Technology & Swiss Embroidery Technology & strengthened with 300 plus dedicated professional employees.

We are currently seeking a qualified and experienced individual to join our team as Manager - Sales & Marketing.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Textile along with proven sales & marketing experience in Textile & or apparel accessory industry. This role offers an exciting opportunity to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth.

Job Description

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and execute sales plans to drive business growth, focusing on both new customer acquisition and existing account management.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market research and analysis to identify opportunities, threats, and emerging trends in the polythene and flexible packaging industry.
  • Sales Forecasting: Monitor sales performance and analyze sales data to forecast future trends and make informed business decisions.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, including production and logistics, to ensure seamless coordination and alignment of business objectives.

Key Qualifications

  • Industry Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience is mandatory in sales & marketing within the product domain, with a strong understanding of product specifications, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
  • Sales Acumen: Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets, with a demonstrated ability to develop and execute effective sales strategies.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively present ideas and negotiate with customers at all levels.
  • Analytical Thinking: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze sales data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.
