APPOINTMENT SETTERS/SALES CONSULTANTS
Responsibilities:

- Job Type: Fully remote/ work from home
- • Conduct cold calls and email outreach to schedule appointments.
- • Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly appointment targets.
- • Utilize negotiation skills to secure appointments with potential clients.
- • Maintain accurate records using CRM software.
- • Collaborate with the sales team for lead handover.
- • Adapt sales scripts and strategies as needed.
- • Work remotely and independently, maintaining productivity.
Requirements:
- • 3-5 years of cold calling and appointment setting experience.
- • High school diploma or equivalent.
- • Highly driven, resilient, and enthusiastic.
- • Excellent English communication skills.
- • Ability to work in US time zone (8am-5:30pm PST).
- • Proficiency in CRM software.
- • Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets.
- • Strong negotiation skills.
- • Must be physically located in Sri Lanka.
Uncapped commissions and base salary of LKR 50,000 plus On Target Earnings/OTE of up
to LKR 250,000/month.
