Associate Executive - IT

The Role
- Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve End-User Workstations, Printers, Scanners & other IT equipment issues
- Repairing and replacing equipment as necessary and maintain records of repairs, fixes in IT service desk
- Provide End User training whenever required
- Respond to and manage the status of requests submitted into the IT Service Desk
Requirements
- Minimum NVQ Level 4 qualification related to academic area (Information Technology/Engineering/Networking)
- Minimum of one year of working experience in a similar capacity
- Basic understanding of network concepts LAN and WAN
- Hands-on experience in ERP system/IT service desk will be a definite advantage
- An excellent command of English, both oral and written
- Should be a good team player who can work with minimum supervision
- Willing to travel outstation to branches when required
- A valid motorbike license will be an advantage
