The following position is created for dynamic, result oriented, proactive individuals with proven track records who wishes to join with our growing workforce.
Responsibilities
- Handling customer queries & customer support
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers
- Resolve customer issues and concerns in a professional and efficient manner
- Build sustainable relationships & Engage customers by taking the extra mile
- Demonstrate exceptional customer service through empathetic interactions and adept problem-solving abilities, fostering positive customer relationships
- Follow up to ensure that appropriate actions were taken on customers' requests
Profile
- GCE A/L Passed
- Age between 18-25 years
- Previous experience in the finance industry and/or customer service would be an added advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in English and Sinhala is a must and ability to communicate in Tamil would be an added advantage
- Able to handle customer inquiries and complaints in a polite and tactful manner
- Proficiency in Tamil and Sinhala is a must and ability to communicate in English would be an added advantage
