Position: Google Ads Specialist

Responsibilities:

  • Google Ads Campaign Management:
    • Develop, implement, and monitor Google Ads campaigns across various platforms (Search, Display, Video, Shopping, etc.).
    • Optimize ad performance by adjusting bidding strategies, targeting options, and ad creatives.
    • Conduct A/B testing to improve click-through rates (CTR) and conversion rates.
    • Stay updated with industry trends and Google Ads best practices.
  • Keyword Research and Selection:
    • Conduct thorough keyword research to identify relevant and high-performing keywords.
    • Create and manage keyword lists based on search volume, competition, and user intent.
    • Monitor keyword performance and adjust bids accordingly.
  • SEO Integration:
    • Collaborate with the SEO team to align Google Ads campaigns with organic search strategies.
    • Optimize landing pages for relevant keywords, user experience, and conversion rate.
    • Ensure consistency between ad copy and landing page content.
  • Ad Copywriting:
    • Write compelling ad copy that resonates with the target audience.
    • Craft attention-grabbing headlines, persuasive descriptions, and compelling calls-to-action (CTAS).
    • Maintain brand voice and messaging consistency across all ads.
  • Performance Analysis and Reporting:
    • Analyze campaign metrics (CTR, conversion rate, quality score, etc.) using Google Analytics and Google Ads.
    • Provide regular performance reports to stakeholders.
    • Identify areas for improvement and recommend actionable strategies.
  • Budget Management:
    • Allocate budget effectively across campaigns, ad groups, and keywords.
    • Monitor spending and adjust bids to maximize ROI.
    • Identify cost-saving opportunities without compromising performance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, or a related field.
  • Google Ads Certification (preferred).
  • Proven experience managing successful Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
  • Proficiency in SEO techniques and keyword research tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
