Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives
  • Bridge management and employee relations
  • Manage the HRM processes and support the HR development within the company
  • Manage the administration functions of the company. (Fleet management, catering, security etc)
  • Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management.

Requirements:

  • Proven working experience as an HR Manager or other HR Executive.
  • People oriented and results-driven.
  • Demonstrable experience with HR metrics.
  • Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills.
  • Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • In-depth knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
  • Degree in Human Resources or related field.
