GENERAL MANAGER

  • Proven experience in hotel management with minimum 3-5 years in a leadership role.
  • Strong leadership and decision making skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a diverse team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities with a focus on building rapport and fostering positive relationships.
  • Strategic thinking and business acumen, with the ability to develop and implement effective business plans to drive revenue growth and operational efficiency.
  • Financial management proficiency, financial analysis, budgeting and cost control.
  • Exceptional customer service orientation, with a commitment to deliver a memorable guest experience.
  • Commitment to maintain high-quality standards.

CHIEF ACCOUNTANT (FROM NEGOMBO AREA)

  • Attend to all matters relating to the finance functions of the resort. This includes maintaining proper books of accounts, hotel internal controls, stores operation and meeting statutory and regulatory deadlines in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Should Possess a Finance / Accounting Degree from a Recognized University and/ or fully or partially qualified in an accountancy and finance professional qualification from a recognized institute.
  • A minimum of 3-5 years' experience in a similar capacity in the hotel industry is a must.
  • Added advantage in familiarization in Scienter System.
