Qualification and Job Requirements
- Experience should be more than 5 years in the field.
- Age below 45 years.
- Excellent communication skills & computer knowledge.
- Full / Part-time qualification in HRM from a recognized university or an institute.
- Should be a Female candidate.
Responsibilities
- Planning HR Activities Annually.
- Managing Recruitment, onboarding, exit procedures, absenteeism & turnover.
- Managing employee relationships.
- Handling HR Documentation.
