Simple Holdings (Pvt) Ltd is a leading construction firm in Sri Lanka, specializing in residential and commercial projects. We are currently seeking dynamic and self-motivated individuals to join the following positions at our sites in the Colombo district.
SENIOR SITE ENGINEER VACANCY
- Qualification:
- • B.Sc. in Civil Engineering or equivalent qualification from a recognized university. Minimum of 15 years of experience.
- • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- • Commitment to maintaining the highest standards of safety and quality.
- • Experience in project management and coordination.
- • Strong technical knowledge and expertise in civil engineering principles and practices.
- • Excellent communication skills, including proficiency in contractual writing.
- • Familiarity with FIDIC/SBD conditions of contracts.
- • Ability to collaborate effectively with foreign experts.
TECHNICAL OFFICER VACANCY
- Qualification:
- • NCT or equivalent qualification with a minimum of 4 years' experience in building construction.
- • Strong knowledge of construction methods, techniques, and safety practices.
- • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide on-site teams.
