Food Studio Job Description - Steward
Food Studio gave Sri Lanka its first ever Food Atrium in a bid to change the city's landscape and culinary culture. Located in Sri Lanka as the food courts both of Sri Lanka's largest international scale malls - Colombo City Centre and the One Galle Face, our culinary expertise spans across Asia, connecting and collaborating with international and local stakeholders, resulting in eclectic and diverse dining experiences that are fast becoming a model of F&B development to follow.
Job Responsibilities:
- Assist Chefs with kitchen operations
- Bus tables
- Adhere to sanitation guidelines
- Clear cutlery/crockery
- Collect and remove waste from all areas
- Handle dishwashing
- Maintain cleanliness in outlets and dining area
Requirements:
- Basic educational qualifications
- Age below 45 years
- Immediate availability
- Ability to speak Tamil & Sinhala (an added advantage)
