SKILL DEVELOPMENT

  • Develop top-end corporate communication skills through interactions with clients and candidates.
  • Build a robust professional network by engaging with diverse stakeholders in the industry.
  • Conduct detailed candidate screenings to hone evaluation and assessment skills.
  • Gain a deep understanding of diverse roles in both local and international markets.
  • Develop insights into various corporate cultures and industry dynamics.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Head Hunting and Research:

  • Conduct comprehensive research to identify potential candidates for executive-level positions.
  • Utilize various online platforms, databases, and tools to gather relevant candidate information.

Data Extraction:

  • Extract and organize candidate data to build robust talent pipelines and market intelligence reports.
  • Analyze data to identify trends and insights relevant to talent acquisition strategies.

Client Calling:

  • Initiate outbound calls to prospective clients to understand their hiring needs and establish relationships.
  • Communicate effectively to convey the firm's services and capabilities.

Candidate Calling:

  • Engage with candidates via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels to discuss career opportunities.
  • Conduct preliminary screenings to assess candidate suitability for specific roles.

Interview Organizing:

  • Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth recruitment process.
  • Provide logistical support and ensure all necessary arrangements are made for interviews.

Client Follow-up:

  • Follow up with clients to gather feedback on candidate interviews and provide updates on recruitment progress.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.

Candidate Follow-up:

  • Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed about the status of their applications.
  • Provide support and guidance to candidates throughout the hiring process.

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with diverse stakeholders.
  • Detail-oriented with strong organizational and analytical abilities.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with recruitment tools and databases.
  • Prior experience or coursework in HR, recruitment, or related fields is a plus.
  • Enthusiasm for learning and a proactive attitude towards professional development.
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs.
  • Willingness to commit to a month internship with potential for permanent employment based on performance and company needs.
