Operational Auditor - RCM
Essential functions:
- Responsible for conducting payment posting audits, AR audits, and ensuring the quality and accuracy of the Revenue Cycle.
- Deliver high-quality work products under set timelines.
- Provide feedback to relevant departments.
- Provide reports on request with audit results.
- Recommend improvements to current auditing processes based on findings.

What we are looking for?
- Minimum 1 to 2 years' experience in auditing and 2+ years' experience in payment posting and AR in RCM industry.
- Possess Diploma level or Degree level qualification.
- Strong communication skills with excellent command in English both written & verbal.
- Good analytical skills.
- High proficiency in Excel and other Microsoft products.
- Ability to work in the night shift (US hours).
