CRM Manager
We want you to,
- Be responsible for implementing and ensuring effective usage of the CRM System among the departments and branches of the organization.
- Conduct specific training programs targeting CRM users.
- Plan and implement CRM campaigns targeting existing and past clients, product- focused campaigns (equipment-wise) and promotion campaigns (segment-wise) to improve repeat business and build loyalty.
- Organize frequent visits to branches that need attention in using the CRM and ensure results are achieved post-visit.
- Follow up on campaign performance, identify gaps and liaise with all stakeholders to increase efficiency of the same.
- Be responsible for the overall supervision of the marketing call centre and the lead management unit along with the relevant development aspects for the team.
- Conduct reviews on the CRM system and recommend improvements whilst conducting UAT for new system developments.
- Regularly evaluate and refine CRM strategies based on performance metrics.
We expect you to,
- Possess a minimum of 5-7 years of previous working experience in a customer relations/customer experience environment. Previous experience in CRM is a definite advantage.
- Possess a degree or professional qualification (an MBA will be a definite advantage).
- Have exceptional analytical skills along with a solution-oriented, tech-savvy mindset with complex problem-solving skills.
- Have excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Be an inspirational team player with good command and administrative skills.
