We seek an outstanding and energetic professionals with high level of dedication and competence to take over responsibilities for the newly created position at our warehouse located in Horana- Millewa.
Requirements
- Passed G. C. E. A/L.
- Degree/ Diploma in Supply & Material Management or equivalent professional qualification.
- Minimum 3 years' experience in stores & warehouse management.
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications, specifically Excel.
- Good communication and reporting skills.
- Ability to laisse with production units.
- Ability to work long hours when required.
- Experience in working with ERP system will be an added advantage.
Candidate below 35 years of age.
Responsibilities
- Monitor loading and unloading process and prepare management reports.
- Perform daily stock audits and update stock movement in system.
- Ensure the quality and quantity of raw materials received to the warehouse.
- Issuing stocks to the floor, based on the requirement/requests.
- Keep detailed records and reports of raw materials to ensure traceability and consumption trends.
- Responsible for unrealistic stock holding and out of stock situations.
- Maintain health, safety and hygiene standards within the raw material stores.
