ENROLLMENT/MARKETING EXECUTIVE

(PART TIME)

Office location: Colombo 03, Sri Lanka.

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Enrollment Executive. The primary focus of this role is sales and enrollment, with additional responsibilities in marketing and administrative tasks. Colombo Dream School (CDS) is a Performing Arts school dedicated to providing individuals of all ages with the tools, techniques, and inspiration needed to excel in the world of Performing Arts as well as the Creative Arts. At CDS, we Dare To Dream, and look to give our students the tools they need to achieve their dreams. Office location: Colombo 03.

Skills:

  • Energetic, positive, driven and a people-person in nature.
  • Someone who is self motivated and can work independently to deliver to KPI's, as well as work together as a team to achieve targets, with a proactive and adaptable attitude.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Should have a sound English language background.
  • Excellent communication skills, and the ability to communicate effectively to a variety of audiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Developing and executing marketing strategies to generate leads and promote our programmes effectively.
  • Acting as the primary point of contact for general inquiries, communicating effectively about our various programmes and converting leads into enrolments to meet defined targets
  • Responsible for all incoming inquiries through multiple channels such as social media, emails & telephone etc.
  • Ensure applicants have the resources and information necessary to engage with the application process, and support applicants in their journey from recruitment to enrolment
  • Responsible for student recruitment and admission and maintaining accurate and complete applicant records and ensuring that all applicant information is readily accessible.
  • Support the implementation of recruitment activities of the School to help with further admissions of new students, and engage in direct recruitment activities organised by the company, such as external and internal events and activities, education fairs and professional networking events etc.
  • Manage Documentation and responsible for administration duties.
  • Compile & update relevant databases and keep records and update cloud systems accordingly.
  • Compile daily, weekly and monthly reports and as necessary.

Requirements:

  • A candidate between 22 - 32 years
  • Successful completion of O/L's, A/Ls & a Bachelor's Degree in Marketing with a focus on sales
  • Proven experience in sales, with a track record of achieving targets and converting leads into enrollments, is an added advantage
  • Excellent communication skills in English, both written and verbal, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in social media management and digital marketing tools, with a creative mindset to engage audiences effectively.
  • Have your own laptop/tablet.
