Quantity Surveyor

Quantity Surveyor:
- Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field. Advanced degrees or certifications are advantageous.
- Minimum of 01-02 years of proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor within the wooden furniture manufacturing industry is a must.
- Proficiency in industry-standard software for cost estimation and project management.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy in cost estimation and budgeting.
- Exceptional communication and negotiation abilities to effectively liaise with stakeholders, suppliers, and subcontractors.
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and collaborate within a team environment.
Trainee Quantity Surveyor:
- Pursuing or recently completed a degree in Quantity Surveying or a related field.
- Strong interest in pursuing a career in Quantity Surveying within the furniture manufacturing industry.
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills in cost estimation, budget management, and tender analysis.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn industry-standard software used for cost estimation and project management.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a team.
