Income & Credit Associate/Executive
We are currently seeking candidates for our esteemed client company (five star hotel) based in Colombo
Requirements:
- Ability to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all credit and income-related activities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with clients, colleagues, and stakeholders
- Ability to clearly explain complex financial concepts and credit decisions to non-financial professionals
- Strong attention to detail to accurately analyze financial documents, identify discrepancies, and mitigate risks
- Ability to meticulously review loan applications, credit reports, and financial statements
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field
- Minimum of 2 to 5 years work experience in finance or accounting roles within the Hotel Industry is mandatory
- Strong understanding of financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and analysis
- Understanding of credit scoring, loan administration, and risk management principles
- Familiarity with the laws and regulations affecting credit and lending practices within the relevant industry and jurisdiction
