VACANCY FOR ADMINISTRATIVE COORDINATOR
Organization for Integrated and Sustainable Development (OISD) is a non-profitable organization (local NGO) registered under the voluntary services organizations' act (Reg no: KR/DS/SS/NGO/2016/41) in 2016. We have been working on community enhancement & Economic Development with the vulnerable communities in the district of Kilinochchi.
KEY ROLES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- The administrative coordinator is responsible for the overall administration and finance control of the organization. (Assets, Procurement and Logistics Management)
- Ensure proper book keeping in accordance to the Sri Lankan Accounting System, maintain clear separate accounts relating to each project and regular reporting on the project performance.
NECESSARY SKILLS & COMPETENCIES:
- Degree in finance and/or proven reputation of being passionate with 6 - 10 years' experience in a senior management level.
- Strong interpersonal skills and well-developed written and oral communications in Tamil and English.
- Strong computer literacy skills, in-depth knowledge of accessing accounting packages, with particular experience in budget planning and staff management.
- Communicative and independent excellent interpersonal skills, ability to engage effectively with project teams and in team environments.
- Ability to ride motor bikes with a valid riding license. Willing to stay in the close proximity of base station in Kilinochchi.
