ASSOCIATE TECHNICAL LEAD
- Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or relevant field.
- 5+ years of hands-on experience in .NET/C# based technologies and MS SQL Server.
- Experience in .NET Core and Web API would be advantageous.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management and customer reporting.
- Proven experience in team leadership.
- Experience in project management.
- Ability to itemize and estimate deliverables, and author technical specs.
- Strong team player with exceptional leadership skills and accountability.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Fluent in English (written/spoken).
